This weeks jobs were so many and varied that a single job profile wouldn’t be enough…all I can say is we put some mileage on the trucks staying local!
This past week saw our job at Quail Ridge HOA in Atascadero finish up with texture and paint to the 2 decks started last week. Our job in Avila Beach for Carroll Construction is coming along but with a few different trades needing to work, our job came to a halt there…over in Morro Bay a job with John Hesch Construction started with new copper flashings all the way around and a base coat of Desert Crete has them dried in until the roofing and siding is done there…down in Arroyo Grande a small deck at Marlo West HOA on Farroll came up with a change order that doubled the value of the job when we discovered dry-rot and rusted flashings there. Ending the week, a job flashing and installing Desert Crete to a set of stairs and landing on a classic home in SLO on Lawrence for Orbas & Associates after they rebuilt the steps framing.
