Carroll Building of San Luis Obispo remodeled/built this attractive home in the Village of Arroyo Grande for Transitions Mental Health.

Knowing that the deck and stairs were a exit for emergency’s, they knew they needed a Class A/One Hour fire resistant traffic coating that meets code requirements.

Carroll Building also knew they wanted a tough coating that could handle normal wear and tear with aplomb,  provide an attractive, easy to care for finish and provide them with peace of mind, as they also know that decks can be troublesome when not done properly.

Steve and David Carroll chose Central Coast Waterproofing for this project, knowing we would deliver for them. They didn’t choose the cheapest bid they got, they selected the best bid for the project. This is our second recent project with them providing Desert Crete to their projects.

Using Desert Crete decking, an ICC-ES evaluated traffic coating system, Central Coast Waterproofing installed a Class A/One Hour fire resistant traffic coating that meets the 1997 UBC, and 2006 IRC and IBC codes.

Tough and easy to care for, Desert Crete is the best system to select for your next decking project.
