Nipomo California/Avila Beach California
Two homes being remodeled and having decks added on to them got very lucky last week…their lives have started off with the best of everything…nice views of the canyon and neighboring ranch for our job at Jack Rabbit Road up in Los Berros Canyon, nice views of the vineyards and distant ocean views for our other job in Avila Beach.
But the best news for both of these decks is that they started out their lives with Desert Crete installed by Central Coast Waterproofing.
We are working with Benson Development again in Avila Beach; Chad just called us up and said I need you on a job…they know the value of our work and aren’t talking to anyone else…
in Nipomo we started working with Zach Brownlee of Brownlee Construction of Arroyo Grande. It took a little talking, but after our discussion and Zach’s client looking at our product, they decided to spend more on our product for it’s fire resistance ratings and superior wind rating too.
That means they can look forward to a long healthy life, and do what they were designed to do, prevent water intrusion into the living spaces they are protecting. With wind speed resistance ratings of up to 170 mph, Desert Crete comes out on top!
Our clients realized the value in spending a little more to get Class A/One Hour rated traffic coating assemblies that have ICC approval/reports that says the claims the manufacturer makes is true and correct. Many of our competitors don’t have coatings that meet the tests that Desert Crete passed.
It’s kind of like having a Benz instead of a Chevy…only you can afford to have our version of a Benz.
For your next deck project, ask us for a fast free estimate. You’ll be glad you did…come join the many satisfied customers we add to our ranks every week. We take care of our clients one at a time. Anywhere in California for clients who are demanding and want the best-call me, Bill Leys at 805-545-8300.
I’m not going to be the cheapest bid you can get, I’m going to be the most thorough and detail oriented. That costs a little more, but it’s worth it!
