Bill Leys-Owner
I got started in the waterproofing business in 2002 as a sales person for a company out of Lake Forest CA. For years I worked for them and then another firm in Orange CA. Central Coast Waterproofing was founded by myself in 2007. My contractors license # is 890269, C-61, D-12.
My reputation for quality work, fair pricing and “to always be there for you” is the foundation to my success in this industry. I thank my many repeat customers and their referrals.
Central Coast Waterproofing is owned by my wife and I. We have 2 full time and four part time employees.
Our employees are valued and treasured; they make us what we are. We are very glad to have the staff we do; loyal, hard working men who are proud of their work.
Our goal is to bring integrity, honesty and quality to our trade; to be the best we can be and to back every sale with our guarantee-to be there for you whenever you need us.

Ricky lives with his wife and children in Santa Maria.Ricky has been with Central Coast Waterproofing since 2007.
“Leo” Leobardo-Journeyman
Leo lives in Santa Maria. He has been with us since our doors opened in 2007.
Juan Pacheco-Foreman
Juan is a recording artist, has a strawberry farm and finds time to work with us as we need him. Juand and his family live in Santa Maria.
“Pancho” Rojas-Journeyman
Pancho is Ricky’s brother. Pancho is a great stucco applicator and brings us the special skills required to match stucco. Pancho lives in Santa Maria
