Our latest job was done in Morro Bay: a deck with a polyurethane coating had standing water sitting after every rainstorm and it wouldn’t drain for days…the walled in outside edge was flat and allowed standing water to fester.
The urethane system was also hard to clean and to keep clean. Leaves and dirt would accumulate too.
